Frankincense is a medium-sized, shrub-like tree from the balsam family. When its bark is injured, it secretes a golden-yellow resin (olibanum). For millennia, frankincense has been considered a precious substance. It has long been valued in Ayurvedic tradition. Today, it is primarily known as a herbal food supplement, usually in capsule form.

Our frankincense capsules contain 450 mg of pure frankincense extract per capsule, of which 360 mg are boswellic acids. One package contains 365 capsules (217.2 g), sufficient for 182 servings of 2 capsules each. Free from potential allergens, HPMC capsule shell – suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid.
