Vitamin C from natural sources
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the most well-known vitamins. It should be included in our daily diet, for example in various fruits and vegetables. Especially for people who do not consume enough fruits and vegetables, taking vitamin C in the form of a dietary supplement makes sense. Vitamin C is a true all-rounder and is mainly used to strengthen the body's immune system. Vitamin C captures free radicals in the blood of the human body. In addition, vitamin C has a preventive function against all arteriosclerosis-related diseases, which include, for example, high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, or heart attacks. Vitamin C is obtained by extraction from the acerola cherry.
Acerola
is a fruit also known as Jamaica cherry, Puerto Rico cherry, or Antillean cherry. Acerola is one of the fruits with the highest vitamin C content.
Rosehip
is a so-called aggregate fruit that contains many small nuts. It is very rich in vitamins. Especially vitamin C can be found in large quantities.
Vitamin C powder from acerola cherry and rosehip is mixed because both natural sources complement each other optimally: Acerola provides a lot of vitamin C, while rosehip also contains many valuable plant compounds such as bioflavonoids and polyphenols, which improve the absorption and effect of the vitamin in the body and stabilize it at the same time.
Recommendation
Take two capsules daily with plenty of water. This corresponds to approx. 800 mg of natural vitamin C. Children should take less. The intake can be increased if there is an increased need. Some colleagues recommend up to 10 grams of vitamin C daily. Tests are useful to determine the appropriate amount for you. The capsule shell is a vegan capsule product.

Vitamin C is a vascular protector. Vitamin C strengthens connective tissue: It welds protein and other substances into collagen fibers. In addition, it stimulates fat burning in the muscles, increases responsiveness, concentration, relaxation, ensures a positive mood, and much more. There are thousands of studies.
