Alkaline Bath Salt 1500 g

The 1500 grams of MeineBase are sufficient for approximately 30 full baths. With alkaline-mineral body care, you will feel comfortable in your skin again! Optimal detoxification and purification. The original alkaline-mineral leaching bath salt with gemstone powder and supporting information for improved effectiveness. It is ideal for full, sitz, and shower baths, foot and hand baths, as well as wraps. Alkaline health with an optimal bath water pH value of approx. pH 9.

In the times of ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, and the Romans, body care was alkaline. These cultures used baking soda, milk, or alkaline soap for body care. In the past, even all elderly care was done with liquid soft soap with alkaline values above pH 9.0. In some traditional cultures, such as Japan or Mexico, extensive alkaline baths have been part of body and mind care for centuries. MeineBase builds on this ancient practice: the alkaline body care salt achieves a pH value between 8 and 9, depending on water quality and hardness. For a relaxing full bath, a water temperature of about 36–38 °C is recommended; for a foot bath, it should be slightly warmer, namely 38–41 °C. The bathing time should be at least 30 minutes; 45–60 minutes or even longer will be even more effective.

How much alkaline salt should be used?

For a full bath, three heaped tablespoons of MeineBase are used. A sitz bath requires one heaped tablespoon. For foot baths, wraps, and rinses, one heaped teaspoon is sufficient.

Advantages

The alkaline bath provides natural cleansing, pleasantly nourishes the skin through self-oiling, and is extremely versatile. It leaves the skin supple and soft, almost as if it had just been moisturized.

Application

Special application options include alkaline stockings and cuffs, armpit pads, neck and forehead wraps, as well as the alkaline body wrap, the alkaline cloak, and the large body wrapping cloth. MeineBase is also excellent for massages, sauna sessions, steam baths, daily dental care, and various alkaline rinses. Additionally, alkaline salt scrubs and gentle alkaline care for babies and children round off the versatile range of applications. The fine mineral mixture contains eight carefully ground gemstones—agate, carnelian, citrine, chrysoprase, chalcedony, sapphire, rock crystal, and onyx—which underline the product's special quality. The salt is very economical, so small amounts are sufficient.

For Athletes

Alkaline body care supports the skin in its excretory function and "removes the grit from the gears." Simply enjoy a nice long foot bath after physical exertion (up to 600 sweat glands per square centimeter of skin). Note: You yourself have already practiced intensive alkaline body care – for 9 months – before your birth, in your mother's amniotic fluid!

The Alkaline Full Bath

Enjoy a soothing alkaline full bath at a temperature of approx. 36–38 °C. Warm baths are relaxing and beneficial for body, mind, and soul. Cool baths refresh, activate, and invigorate. Bathe once or twice a week.

The Alkaline Foot Bath

Treat your feet to a soothing alkaline foot bath at a temperature of approx. 38–41 °C, two to three times a week, for 15–60 minutes.

Alkaline Dental Care

Dissolve some MeineBase with water in a tooth cup and dip your toothbrush into it. Then apply fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.
