P. Jentschura – 7×7® Herbal Tea (loose)

The 7×7® Herbal Tea is a herbal tea blend made from 49 plant-based ingredients, including herbs, roots, seeds, spices, blossoms, and fruit peels. It is promoted for alkaline fasting, detoxification, acid-base balance, colon cleansing, and general well-being. According to the manufacturer, it is listed on the Cologne List®.

Special features

49 selected ingredients, mostly from organic farming, mild and spicy herbal flavor, can be drunk hot or cold, also suitable as a sports drink.

Preparation

1 teaspoon per cup or 1 tablespoon per liter of water. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 2–3 minutes. Start with 1–2 cups daily, and during a cure, increase to 0.5–1 liter or more.
