Bach Flowers – How to Use?

I usually test three flowers or let people choose three flowers themselves on the Bach flower chart. I note down the numbers or names of the Bach flowers in order. Then I go through the flowers with them: The first flower reflects their situation, the second flower represents the goal to be achieved, and the third flower represents what is necessary for the path to reach the goal. You can find the statements in the books and training documents of Natürlich Gesund e.V. Then I mix the Bach flowers together.

Testing

How often should the Bach flower mixture be taken? How many weeks: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 … How often a day: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 …
