P. Jentschura – MorgenStund – Alkaline Grains and Cereals

MorgenStund contains selected ingredients: the gluten-free seeds millet, buckwheat, amaranth, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sweet almonds. The fruit's natural sweetness from apple and pineapple rounds off this high-quality breakfast for young and old alike.

Properties

Millet and buckwheat offer long-chain carbohydrates and a high content of minerals. Fruits provide rapidly available carbohydrates. Seeds and almonds contain high-quality amino acids, fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins. The "power grain" amaranth scores with the high biological value of its protein, as well as calcium, magnesium, and iron. No added sugar, gluten-free, lactose-free, no animal ingredients – also suitable for vegans.

Preparation

MorgenStund can either be briefly boiled or mixed with hot water and left to swell. Afterwards, simply add fruit, nuts, dried fruit, cream, plant milk, or WurzelKraft as desired. Prepare 3 tablespoons (35 g) with approx. 120–140 ml of water.
