No one wants to be considered a dirty person, so we regularly care for and clean our 2 square meters of skin. EM

is a fermented food with a unique combination of valuable herbs. During this fermentation process, the plant components are "pre-digested" - meaning that enzymes, amino acids, and other substances are already broken down during the production process, so they can be better absorbed by the body. Fermentation thus increases bioavailability. From an empirical and naturopathic perspective, fermented products relieve the digestive system and improve the absorption of vitamins, amino acids, and secondary plant compounds. Fermented products are generally said to improve intestinal flora and the associated strengthening of the immune system.

Ingredients

Through a natural fermentation process, EM is sugar-free, histamine-free, gluten-free, and not pasteurized. EM consists of lactic acid bacteria like Lactobacillus spp., yeasts like Saccharomyces spp., fermentative fungi, herbs, water, and molasses.

Recommended intake

It is best to take 1 tablespoon (approx. 5 ml) undiluted or with a little water every morning before breakfast. For external use, a tincture can be prepared in a 1 to 1 mixing ratio for application, which is then sprayed on.
