Chili tincture
Caution – Burns and is very hot!
When nothing else works – extreme heat still gets things going. Chili pepper brings movement. If you take the tincture pure or in some apple juice or tea, you can feel the effect within seconds. From Ayurvedic medicine, it is known that chili dilates blood vessels. With prolonged use, it can counteract the clumping of platelets. In Ayurvedic massage, chili rubs are often used for painful muscle hardening in the shoulder-arm area or along the spine. Further applications can be found in relevant Ayurvedic literature.
Capsaicin
Chili varieties like Habanero, Jalapeño, or Schlottenpfeffer contain the active ingredient capsaicin, which according to Ayurvedic knowledge is one of the most effective natural remedies to promote blood flow and circulation. For skin problems, the tincture can be applied directly to the affected area – similar to iodine, but it burns intensely. In Ayurveda, capsaicin is used to open channels in the body and transport active ingredients more specifically to the site of action.
Application and Strength
A highly effective cayenne tincture made from fresh chilies should have at least 150,000 H.U. (Heat Units). It is very hot and should only be taken diluted drop by drop in water. Those who have not tried it yet should start with one drop in a large glass of water. Two drops are often well tolerated, but with three drops, tears may already flow. For external use, we use almond oil with cayenne tincture. For wounds, a few drops can be applied pure, directly, after which a water-resistant plaster is recommended.
Caution
The tincture should not be stored within reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.

Experiences
"When I took the chili tincture for the first time, it was like I was going to die. It was only three drops in a glass of water, but it was too much heat for me. Nevertheless, I felt like my whole body was briefly pressing 'restart' and saying: Here we go, wow."
"I've been making a chili tincture for many years, which has worked well for lumbago, back and joint pain, muscle soreness, strains, tension, neck pain, sciatica, and rheumatism. Now I've tried yours, and it works even better, it's probably more concentrated."
"Two drops in a glass of water, and something completely unexpected happened: no wild burning, but a kind of spark that expands into a warm fireworks display. For me, it feels like everything is coming into motion – a lively, really good moment."
"I never thought I could wake up so quickly. And now that I've been taking the drops daily for a few weeks, I also feel the other changes. Thank you, I'm already much better with my problems."
"Thanks for the tip, I now mix 20 drops of your chili tincture into 50 ml of my willow bark tincture. My arthritis is already much better after repeatedly rubbing it with the mixture."
"After taking it, I often feel a very special feeling: a mix of warmth, clarity, and a touch of adventurousness. It's as if my inner compass suddenly points to 'energy'."
