APM – Scar Care Cream

Use APM cream for yourself and in your treatments. It has been well-known for decades in the work of health consultants, physical therapists, and naturopathic practices.

Massaging larger skin areas and scars with APM cream

The composition of APM cream makes it an ointment base particularly suitable for scar care and energy treatment. When applying to larger skin areas, it is advisable to moisten the skin with water beforehand. The cream then spreads even better and is economical in use.

Treatment with scar cream

Scars are massaged with straight back-and-forth movements into the scar. For this, we use the special conductive scar care cream APM. Scar care can be learned by anyone in a training course at Natürlich Gesund e.V. With regular self-massage of the scar tissue, one can additionally stimulate blood circulation in the scar area and in other body regions. Regular creaming of hands and feet alone provides a pleasant feeling of warmth due to the massage effect achieved.

Duration of treatment

One should treat one's own scars at least once daily for a month. According to Ayurvedic knowledge, 28 days is a regeneration cycle for all body tissues. After that, the therapist should test again.
